A message dated June 24, 2005, was received stating the Governor has                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 102 am                                                                           
    "An Act relating to the licensure of foreign medical graduates and                              
    to applications for a license to practice medicine; and providing
